At NothingProjector, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cinema experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the projector and all original accessories, manuals, and cables back into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
